Tops Lookout

A circular concrete observation deck on the ridge above Busay, at about six hundred metres. It is a plain structure and makes no attempt to be anything else — the point is the two-hundred-and-seventy-degree view.

By day you can see the length of the city, the Mactan channel and the bridges. After dark the whole grid lights up, which is when most people come and why the car park fills.
