About This Hotel
Daanbantayan is the last town before the Malapascua crossing, and almost nobody stops there. That is the whole proposition: a beach this size on Mactan would be shoulder to shoulder.
It is a long drive, so it rewards three nights rather than one. Boats to Malapascua leave from Maya port, fifteen minutes up the road, which makes this a workable base for a thresher-shark dive without staying on the island.
