Consolacion Cebu is a small town which still improving and become more progressive to become a city. It is located in the north of cebu, bounded in north of lilo-an, south of Mandaue and west of Balamban.

Consolacion Cebu has its own festival to celebrate which is the Sarok Festival, in every 29th of October. Sarok is the people's main livelihood of Barangay Tulotulo.
