Tartanilla Festival

Tartanilla Festival is held  in Cebu City and is a horse- drawn carriage heritage by reviving theoldest mode of transportation  socalled calesa which they used for travelling  around  the citys  streets. The festival coincide the city’s celebration of  the country’s Independence Day which falls on June 12th every year. The  highlights of  thisfestival  that  includes parade ofhorse racing  competition, have decorated tartanilla, a best bazaar and flea market.
