Kinsan Festival

Kinsan Festival iscelebrated every June in Aloguinsan where “kinsan “ represent the name of  one of  their town’s favourite fish that abounds in the town’s coastal area. It describes  relatively a big fish, with a foot  long  kinsan , and weighing about three kilos considered small.
