Kawayan Festival

Kawayan Festival emphasizes a bamboo dance which reflects the lifestyle, culture, and their source of livelihood are agriculture, fishing and cottage industries. It is celebrated every 2nd and 3rd day of December in the honor of their patron, Saint Francis Xavier. Kawayan is their perfect instrument of income and other products in they have are home decors, accessories, which made from local bamboos. This festival is located in Alegria.
