Kabayo Festival

Kabayo Festival is celebrated on the month of  February where this festival promotes tourism, ecotourism and agri-industrial tourism. The highlights of this festival include the parade of horses. They have also horse racing competition  where they used "tartanillas" to decorate. They have  also  horse drawn carriages which features a bazaar and flea market. This festival  is located  in Mandaue City.
